These terms cover how you use your Gempak99 account. By registering and playing, you agree to them. They exist to keep play fair, deposits and withdrawals clean, and your account secure.

Your account
You must be 18 or above and register with accurate personal details. One account per person — duplicate accounts can be closed and may lose bonus eligibility. Your registered name must match the bank account or e-wallet you use for deposits and withdrawals.
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account, and staff will never ask for your password or OTP.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits start from RM1 and withdrawals from RM19, funded and paid only through the methods shown in the cashier at the time of the transaction. Withdrawals are paid only to an account verified in your own name; third-party accounts are refused even when the sender is a family member.
We may request verification documents before processing a payout. Providing matched, accurate details is the fastest way to keep withdrawals moving.
Bonuses and turnover
Bonuses carry turnover and eligibility rules. You cannot usually stack conflicting free credit, rebate or commission offers on the same balance, and bonus abuse — such as saving features or arbitrage play — can forfeit the bonus and related winnings.

Fair play and responsible use
Games run on providers such as JILI, Pragmatic Play and Playtech, and their results are final. Any attempt to manipulate games, payments or promotions may lead to account closure and forfeited balances.
